What Do You Use to Treat Hypertension?
Q: I just watched the video about Claudia's birth and your high blood pressure and how you have since lowered it with herbs. I just started researching herbs for hypertension and haven't been able to find any herbs yet that lower my blood pressure. Can you tell me what you use? Susan
A: Hi Susan! I was using such a long list of herbs at once that I don’t know which ones were lowering my blood pressure or if it was a combination. I haven’t used those herbs for awhile, but I did notice another nice drop in blood pressure when I began using some homeopathic cell salts recently (12 tablets in the morning and 12 at night.) I’m completely new to cell salts so I read a book to learn more about them, but I don’t feel confident yet that I have a lot of knowledge to share. The cell salts I’ve been using are Hyland’s Bioplasma Tablets and the book I read is Lennon and Rolfe’s "Homeopathic Cell Salt Remedies: Healing with Nature's Twelve Mineral Compounds Healing with Nature's Twelve Mineral Compounds."
